ML-World.net Project User Agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship between the user and the administration of the web portal https://ml-world.net.

The ML-World project (hereinafter, the Administration) invites all users (hereinafter, the Users) to review the rules and terms for using the portal’s game services.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Game website — https://ml-world.net

1.2. Operator — the Administration of the ML-World game server, which administers, maintains, and provides Users with access to the portal and its services (including paid ones) under this Agreement.

1.3. User — an individual who visits the portal or participates in ML-World gaming projects.

1.4. Portal — a hardware-software complex located on the Operator’s resources. Access to the portal is provided exclusively by the Administration. All rights belong to the Operator.

1.5. Services — functions provided to Users: access to gaming and information resources, participation in portal projects. Core services are free, except for additional paid options offered within the portal.

1.6. ML-World Launcher is used to access gameplay — auxiliary software required to download and update the game client and ensure technical compatibility.

1.7. Additional paid services are provided at the User’s discretion and are not required to participate in the game. All paid services are rendered solely within the portal.

1.8. The game account, characters, and items are the property of the project and do not create proprietary rights for the User.

1.9. Access to gameplay is only possible through the ML-World Launcher.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. This document sets the rules under which the User may use the portal’s services to participate in gameplay.

2.2. The Administration provides the User with round-the-clock access to the game, except during maintenance periods or other circumstances that prevent access.

3. Additional Conditions

3.1. For the services to function properly, the User must meet the minimum system and technical requirements.

3.2. The Administration does not restore in-game valuables lost due to loss of account access, except where caused by technical failures or a server breach.

3.3. The Administration is not responsible for the loss of game data if the game client is not updated in time. Each game launch must be performed via the ML-World Launcher.

3.4. Exchanging in-game valuables for real money is prohibited.

4. User Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to provide accurate registration data, not share their password with third parties, and is responsible for safeguarding their data. Transferring the account, characters, or items to third parties is prohibited.

The User is prohibited from:

• Using profanity, insults, and threats;
• Spreading false information, rumors, or defamation about the project or its participants;
• Publishing or distributing materials that violate the laws of the Russian Federation, including the promotion of violence, drugs, extremism, or pornography;
• Using software that disrupts the server’s operation or emulates a player’s presence;
• Exploiting errors (bugs) or inconsistencies in the game to gain advantages;
• Selling, buying, or exchanging in-game valuables or accounts for real-world funds;
• Distributing advertisements and spam, or misusing chat;
• Interfering with other users’ gameplay;
• Creating characters or clans with offensive names or implying affiliation with the Administration;
• Conducting gambling, lotteries, or giveaways for profit;
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or stealing accounts or property of other players.

The Administration may apply disciplinary measures to violators, including temporary or permanent blocking without restoration of access and without compensation.

5. Operator’s Rights and Obligations

The ML-World Administration has the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the portal without prior notice;
• Restrict a User’s access in case of rule violations;
• Remove user content that violates the terms of this Agreement;
• Collect technical and statistical information about Users under the privacy policy;
• Refuse to provide bonuses, rewards, or prizes without explanation;
• Make changes to the rules and structure of the portal at its sole discretion.

The Operator is not responsible for technical failures, data loss, actions of third parties, internet outages, or the User’s software incompatibility.

6. Privacy and Security

6.1. Personal data provided by Users during registration or when using the portal is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

6.2. The Operator takes measures to protect personal data but is not responsible for information leaks resulting from unauthorized third-party access.

7. Additional Paid Services

7.1. Paid services are provided at the User’s request and enable use of additional portal features.

7.2. Payments for services are non-refundable.

7.3. The list of services and their prices is published only on the official website https://ml-world.net.

7.4. The Administration is not responsible for the operation of third-party payment systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is.” The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the portal and is not liable for possible losses of Users, including lost profits.

The Administration reminds Users that prolonged computer use may be harmful to health. The User agrees to monitor their own condition.

9. Additional Provisions

9.1. The User is personally responsible for complying with the laws of their country when using the portal.

9.2. The invalidity of any individual provision of this Agreement does not affect the legal force of the remaining provisions.

9.3. All disputes shall be resolved out of court. If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled in court under the laws of the Russian Federation.

9.4. Amendments to the Agreement take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the portal constitutes the User’s consent to the updated version.

10. Acceptance of the Agreement

Registering an account on ML-World.net and using the game services constitutes the User’s full acceptance of this Agreement. Clicking the “Register” button is deemed acceptance of the offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
