This document establishes the rules and conditions for payments, refunds, and cancellations for digital goods purchased by users on the website https://ml-world.net, including in-game balance and other services.
1. General Provisions
Our main goal is to ensure player comfort and satisfaction. This policy describes the procedure for ordering, canceling, and refunding purchases related to digital goods and in-game balance (credits).
By making a payment on the ML-World.net website, you confirm your agreement with these terms.
2. Digital Goods
In-game balance (credits): After successful payment, the purchased credits are immediately credited to your master account. Transfers or exchanges of balance between accounts are not possible.
Since credits and other digital services are intangible goods, all sales are considered final once successfully delivered.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds: Due to the instant nature of digital goods activation, refunds for in-game balance purchases are not provided once the funds have been successfully credited to the account.
Exceptional cases: A refund may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as accidental duplicate payment for the same service. To have such a request reviewed, you must contact support within 24 hours after the transaction. The decision on a refund is made at the discretion of the Administration and may be processed either as in-game credits or a refund to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
No cancellations: After completing the purchase and crediting the balance to your account, the operation cannot be canceled. Please carefully review the selected item and amount before confirming the payment.
Pre-order cancellations: If pre-orders for upcoming digital content are available on ML-World.net, the user has the right to cancel the pre-order before the content or balance is credited to the account.
5. Payment Refunds and Disputes
Unauthorized transactions: If you believe that a payment was made without your consent, immediately contact ML-World project support. We will conduct an investigation and take steps to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment system without first contacting support may result in the suspension or blocking of your account. The ML-World project reserves the right to dispute unfounded chargeback requests and provide evidence of the completed transaction.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. The Administration reserves the right to deny a refund if the purchase was completed correctly and the service was fully provided.
